Funding

SkillsFuture Credit is applicable for this conference.

SMU has partnered e2i to offer conference subsidy for Singapore Citizens (SCs) and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs). Self-sponsored individuals who are SC or SPR can get up to 100% reimbursement for conference fee with SkillsFuture Credit and e2i funding.

SkillsFuture Credit

Singaporeans aged 25 years and above can use their SkillsFuture Credit to pay for the conference fee. This is only applicable for self-sponsored applicants. Please note the submission of SkillsFuture Credit claim is from 30 days before the conference start date or within 90 days after the conference start date for the SkillsFuture Credit claim to be disbursed to you bank accounts.

Delegates who choose to use their SkillsFuture Credit to pay for the conference fee are required to make payment via cheque. When registering, please select the amount of SkillsFuture Credit you wish to utilise on the online form. The cheque should be crossed and made payable to 'Singapore Management University'. Please indicate on the reverse side of the cheque, the name(s) of delegate, name of event, i.e., 'DIGITEC 2017' and mail the cheque to the mailing address provided below within 7 working days upon registration. Online registration without receipt of payment will be deemed incomplete.

e2i Funding

This funding is available for Singaporeans and PRs who are
(a) self-sponsored, or
(b) who are sponsored by non-government agencies.

Please click here for the link to the e2i website only after your registration and payment for the conference have been confirmed.

e2i funding provides up to SGD165 per applicant for first 300 who sign up for the conference. The reimbursement will only take place after the conference subject to funding eligibility & criteria.

NTUC members can enjoy additional UTAP support of up to $250 per year.

SkillsFuture Credit can also be applied on nett payable fees after other subsidies.

Payment

For online registration, we accept direct credit card payments from all major credit card companies, Singapore cheque or IFAAS (for Singapore government schools only).

For cheque payment, please make cheque payable to ‘PAI’ and indicate on the reverse side of the cheque, the name(s) of delegate, name of event, i.e., ‘DIGITEC 2017’ and mail the cheque to the mailing address provided below within 7 working days upon registration. Online registration without receipt of payment will be deemed incomplete.

For credit card payment, please provide all credit card details as requested on the Registration Form. Please note that the name ‘Principals Academy Inc. Pte Ltd’ will appear on the credit card slip and bank statement. An official receipt and a scanned copy of the credit card slip will be emailed to the delegate after the conference fee have been charged to the card.

For payment via IFAAS (for Singapore government schools only), please provide the name of the school/ organisation and Sub-BU code for e-invoicing. Educators from schools may check with their respective Administration Managers on the Sub-BU code.

Receipts will only be issued upon request, and after the payment has been received and verified. All fees are charged and collected in Singapore Dollars (S$).

Cancellation Policy

No refund of conference fee, in part or full, will be made for cancellation or withdrawal from the conference for whatsoever reasons. Delegate who is not able to take part in the conference for whatsoever reasons is allowed to nominate another person to take part in the conference on his/ her behalf.

If the conference is postponed, due to some unforeseen circumstances, the delegate(s) are eligible to participate in the same event on a given postponed date. If the conference is cancelled due to some unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be offered. No refund request will be entertained towards the cancellation of the event for whatsoever reasons.
